If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the order. You can return your order for a different item, or a refund to the original payment method.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item to us, please send it back to us within 30 days of receiving the order.

Please enclose your packing slip or a covering note detailing your requirements (Refund/Exchange) along with your order number. Please note: We are unable to exchange an item for one of a higher value, in this case please return the item for a full refund and place a new order. If the item you have requested is not available, a refund will be issued.

Items that have been personalised for you, unless faulty, are not eligible for a refund or exchange, this also applies in the event a player leaves the club or changes his squad number.

Items that you are returning to us must be returned in a re-saleable condition, We would like this to mean that you have kept the original packaging and labels and that the product is unused.

Please be aware that all returns postage costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend that you return items to us via a tracked postage service. NFFC will not accept responsibility for lost returns.

Please include your order number and attach a photo of the issue, we can then advise how we will resolve this for you.

    Can I return an online order to the megastore?

    Yes, Orders can be returned to our store for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the order. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email or packing slip as proof of purchase.

    I have lost my packing slip - How do I return my order?

    If you have lost your packing slip, please enclose a covering note inside your package or print off your order confirmation email. Please ensure you have included the following information:

  • Your order number
  • If you require a refund or exchange
  • If you would like an exchange, please specify the item and size you require
  • You can find your order number on your confirmation emails or if registered by logging into your account.

    How do I return in-store purchases?

    Unfortunately, our online order system does not hold your payment information so we are unable to accept in-store returns via post. To return an item, please visit our megastore with your receipt within 14 days of purchase.

    If you have returned an in-store purchase in error, please contact us.

    Can I exchange my order?

    You can return your order for a different item providing it is of the same or lower value.

    If you would like an item of a higher value, then please place a new order and return the original purchase for a full refund.

    If you are exchanging an item to one of a lower value, the difference will be refunded back onto your original payment method.

    My purchase is faulty/incorrect, what do i do?
