Returns Policy
Items purchased online can be returned within 28 days of receipt.
We are unable to offer exchanges. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your return.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags.
Pierced jewellery, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Items that have been personalised for you, unless faulty, are non-returnable. This also applies in the event a player leaves the club or changes their squad number.
For in-store purchases, please return the item(s) to our store. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for in-store purchases returned by post.
If you return the whole order, the standard delivery charge will be refunded.
How to return
UK Returns
Create a return using our Returns Centre.
The return will be charged at £4.95 and this will be deducted from your refund before being processed. If the return is due to a faulty item, there will be no charge for the return.
International Returns
Create a return using our International Returns Centre.
Incorrect items
If you have received an incorrect item then please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number and details of the issue. We can then advise how we will resolve this for you.
