We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Returns Policy

Christmas Returns - Any orders placed between Monday 27th October and Wednesday 24th December can be returned up until Thursday 15th January 2026.

Our standard returns policy for items purchased online is 14 days.

We are unable to offer exchanges. Returns will be refunded back onto the original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your item.

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags.

Pierced jewellery, underwear, face coverings and bedding are non-returnable unless sealed or faulty.

Items that have been personalised for you, unless faulty, are non-returnable. This also applies in the event a player leaves the club or changes their squad number.

For in-store purchases, please return the item(s) to our store. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for in-store purchases returned by post.

If you return the whole order the standard delivery charge will be refunded.

How to return

UK Returns

Create a return using our Returns Centre.

The return will be charged at £4.95 and this will be deducted from your refund before being processed. If the return is due to a faulty item, there will be no charge for the return. 

International Returns

Create a return using our International Returns Centre.

Incorrect items

If you have received an incorrect item then please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number and details of the issue. We can then advise how we will resolve this for you.

Returning items to our store

Orders can be returned to our store for a refund or exchange in line with our returns policy.
