How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and return label once the return request is approved.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

• Items must be in original condition.
• Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
• Items must be in the original packaging with all tags.

Pierced jewellery, underwear, face coverings and bedding are non-returnable unless sealed or faulty.

Personalised items, including player names, are non returnable unless faulty.

Are there any charges for return?

• The return will be charged at £4.95 and this will be deducted from your refund before being processed.
• If the return is due to a faulty item, there will be no charge for the return of this item. 

How soon will I get my refund?

• It can take up to 7 working days for a returned parcel to reach us.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If the refund is approved, this will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
• Orders paid for using a Gift Card will be refunded on to the original Gift Card.
