Returns Policy

Our standard returns policy for items purchased online is 14 days.

We are unable to offer exchanges. Returns will be refunded back onto the original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your item.

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags.

Pierced jewellery, underwear, face coverings and bedding are non-returnable unless sealed or faulty.

Items that have been personalised for you, unless faulty, are non-returnable. This also applies in the event a player leaves the club or changes their squad number.

For in-store purchases, please return the item(s) to our store. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for in-store purchases returned by post.

If you return the whole order the standard delivery charge will be refunded.

2 for £100 / 2 for £75 Returns

If you return one of the items from the offer, you will be refunded the amount for that product, less the discount amount. For example, if you purchased two adult shirts and return one, your refund will be £75 minus the £50 discount, so the total refund will be £25.

How to return

UK Returns

Create a return using our Returns Centre.

The return will be charged at £4.95 and this will be deducted from your refund before being processed. If the return is due to a faulty item, there will be no charge for the return. 

If you would like to return an item through another method, please follow the returns instructions below. 

International Returns

Simply download and complete a returns form and enclose it in your returns parcel. If you are unable to print off the returns form, then please enclose a covering letter along with your order number.

Please be aware that all returns postage costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend that you return items to us via a tracked postage service. Nottingham Forest Football Club will not accept responsibility for lost returns.

Incorrect items

If you have received an incorrect item then please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number and details of the issue. We can then advise how we will resolve this for you.

Returning items to our store

Orders can be returned to our store for a refund or exchange in line with our returns policy.
