Orders over €150 are despatched on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) service and may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches customs. It us up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs, unfortunately these charges are out of our control and can vary widely from country to country, so we are unable to predict what they may be. For more accurate information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

If the recipient refuses the goods, or if the delivery is not possible because the wrong recipient address or phone number was provided, a fee will be charged for the delivery and return of the goods and customs clearance. The sum will be deducted from the value of the goods to be refunded.

The Terrace items are available for UK delivery only. International delivery options will not be available at checkout if one of these items is present in your basket.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Pre-Orders - Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the product page. Please note: Orders including pre-order and non pre-order items will be dispatched when the last item becomes available.

Credit Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.

Personalised items - Shirts with personalisation may take an extra 3 working days before they are ready to be dispatched.

PO Boxes - Please note that we do not ship to PO Box Addresses or freight forwarding addresses

BFPO address - We are currently unable to send items to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO).

The Terrace Items - The estimated dispatch time is displayed on the product page. These items are made to order and will be dispatched separately.
