Gift Cards purchased online can be redeemed both in-store at The City Ground Megastore and City Centre Store or online at shop.nottinghamforest.co.uk . They cannot be redeemed at the Ticket Office.
Please ensure that you enter the correct email address when ordering, as we cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient receives the Gift Card. Once the order has been placed, we cannot change the email address, cancel, or issue a refund for the Gift Card.
You cannot purchase a Gift Card using another Gift Card.
The value of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on your Gift Card; any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
Where goods ordered using a Gift Card are returned, the refund will be issued in the form of a Gift Card.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited, and the Gift Card will no longer be usable.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards cannot be returned, and refunds will not be given.
Nottingham Forest cannot accept responsibility for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission. The Gift Card will not be replaced, and the value will not be refunded in these circumstances.
We reserve the right to remove or deactivate Gift Cards without notice if we have reasonable grounds to do so.
