Our Christmas returns policy is valid between 1st November and 9th December 2021. Any purchases made online or in store between these dates can be returned up until 8th January 2022. For purchases made after the 9th December, our normal returns policy applies.
If you need to return an item to us, please send it back to us within 30 days of receiving the order.
Please enclose your packing slip or a covering note including your order number.
Items that have been personalised for you, unless faulty, are not eligible for a refund, this also applies in the event a player leaves the club or changes his squad number.
Items that you are returning to us must be returned in a re-saleable condition, We would like this to mean that you have kept the original packaging and labels and that the product is unused.
Please be aware that all returns postage costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend that you return items to us via a tracked postage service. NFFC will not accept responsibility for lost returns.

We're no longer accepting exchanges for returned orders. All returned items will be refunded once they have been received by our team. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.
Orders can still be returned to our Megastore for an exchange.
