Delivery & Returns
Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, please expect delays in the processing and dispatching of orders.
We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, you will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Standard UK Delivery - Delivery takes 1-3 working days from when your order has been dispatched. Please be advised that due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, your order may take longer than usual to be dispatched. We will notify you via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Standard UK Delivery is FREE for all orders over £100 - otherwise £4.95
We do not offer guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and other Public Holidays.
Delivery is fully tracked and delivery notifications via SMS and email are provided by the carrier. If registered you can also track your order in "My Account" and by viewing your order, or by following the links on our dispatch notification emails.
A signature may be required on receipt.
Store Pickup (Currently unavailable) - You can choose to pickup your order from our Megastore for FREE by selecting "Store Pickup" in the checkout and choosing your collection date. Your order will be available on your selected date and a confirmation email will be sent once it has arrived in store.
Delivery takes between 2-7 working days from when your order has been dispatched. Please be advised that due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, your order may take longer than usual to be dispatched.
Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Cost dependent on the weight and volume of your order.
You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched. If you are registered with us you will find your tracking information in "My Account" and viewing your order, you can also find your tracking information through our dispatch email notifications.
International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address. It us up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs, unfortunately these charges are out of our control and can vary widely from country to country, so we are unable to predict what they may be. For more accurate information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready
Pre-Orders - Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in the period specified on the website.
Credit Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.
Shirt Printing - Shirts with personalisation may take an extra three days before they are ready to be despatched.
PO Boxes - Please note that we do not ship to PO Box Addresses or freight forwarding addresses.
BFPO address - We are currently unable to send items to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO).
Undelivered Items – we aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us.
If you need to return an item to us, please send it back to us within 30 days of receiving the order (Unless faulty).
Items that have been personalised for you, unless faulty, are not eligible for a refund or exchange, this also applies in the event a player leaves the club or changes his squad number.
Items that you are returning to us (excluding faulty products) must be returned in a re-saleable condition, We would like this to mean that you have kept the original packaging and labels and that the product is unused.
We recommend that you return items to us via registered post (you will need to pay for delivery costs which is non-refundable).
