Christmas Delivery Deadline
For your order to arrive in time for Christmas, orders must be placed no later than the following dates:
UK Delivery - Wednesday 20th December
International Delivery - Wednesday 13th December (for delivery on or before 22nd December, subject to custom clearance)
Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid on orders from October 16th. Online orders can now be returned up until January 7th. Normal exclusions apply.
Standard Delivery - Delivery costs £5.95 on a 2-4 day service
Free UK Delivery* - Applies to all orders over £75, *Excludes Northern Ireland
Free Click & Collect - Orders are available to collect in store within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
*We do not offer guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and other Public Holidays.
Delivery is fully tracked and delivery notifications via SMS and email are provided by the carrier.
A signature may be required on receipt.
Standard International Delivery - (3 - 10 days) - A more economical international service, but with a longer transit time.
International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address. It us up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs, unfortunately these charges are out of our control and can vary widely from country to country, so we are unable to predict what they may be. For more accurate information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready
Pre-Orders - Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in the period specified on the website.
Credit Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.
Shirt Printing - Shirts with personalisation may take an extra three days before they are ready to be despatched.
PO Boxes - Please note that we do not ship to PO Box Addresses or freight forwarding addresses.
BFPO address - We are currently unable to send items to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO).
Undelivered Items – we aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us.
If you need to return an item to us, please send it back to us within 14 days of receiving the order (Unless faulty).
Items that have been personalised for you, unless faulty, are not eligible for a refund or exchange, this also applies in the event a player leaves the club or changes his squad number.
Items that you are returning to us (excluding faulty products) must be returned in a re-saleable condition, We would like this to mean that you have kept the original packaging and labels and that the product is unused.
We recommend that you return items to us via registered post (you will need to pay for delivery costs which is non-refundable).

If you would like an exchange, please specify the product and size that you require.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange if the conditions above are not met.
