Delivery methods

European Delivery Update
We are temporarily unable to deliver to countries in the EU. We are working to resume this service as quickly as we can.

Free UK delivery*
On all UK orders over £100. 

Standard UK delivery*
Delivery takes 1-3 working days from when your order has been dispatched. Please be advised that due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, your order may take longer than usual to be dispatched. We will notify you via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Personalised
Personalised kit will take up to 3 additional working days for delivery.

Pre-orders
Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the website.

Please note: Orders including pre-order and non pre-order items will be dispatched when the last item becomes available.

You can collect your order from our Megastore for FREE (By selecting Store Pickup in the checkout)
You must select a collection date prior to completing your order, the earliest possible collection date will vary depending on the day and time the order is placed. 

International Delivery* 
Delivery takes between 2-7 working days from when your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched and a link to track its progress.

Extended Christmas Returns 

Our extended returns policy is valid on purchased made from the 5th October 2020. You have until 15th January 2021 to return purchases bought during this time. 

Returns 

If you need to return an item to us, please send it back to us within 30 days of receipt of the order (Unless faulty).

Face coverings and Items that have been personalised for you, unless faulty, are not eligible for a refund or exchange, this also applies in the event a player leaves the club or changes his squad number.

Items that you are returning to us (excluding faulty products) must be returned in a re-saleable condition, We would like this to mean that you have kept the original packaging and labels and that the product is unused.

We recommend that you return items to us via registered post (you will need to pay for delivery costs which is non-refundable).
