    Import Duties and Taxes

    • Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches customs. It us up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs, unfortunately these charges are out of our control and can vary widely from country to country, so we are unable to predict what they may be. For more accurate information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

      Additional Information

      • Pre-Orders - Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in the period specified on the website. Please note: Orders including pre-order and non pre-order items will be dispatched when the last item becomes available.
      • Credit Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.
      • Personalised items - Shirts with personalisation may take an extra 3 days before they are ready to be dispatched.
      • PO Boxes - Please note that we do not ship to PO Box Addresses or freight forwarding addresses.
      • BFPO address - We are currently unable to send items to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO).
      • Undelivered Items – we aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us.

      If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the order. You can return your order for a different item, or a refund to the original payment method.

      Returns Policy

      If you need to return an item to us, please send it back to us within 30 days of receiving the order.

      Please enclose your packing slip or a covering note detailing your requirements (Refund/Exchange) along with your order number. Please note: We are unable to exchange an item for one of a higher value, in this case please return the item for a full refund and place a new order. If the item you have requested is not available, a refund will be issued.

      Items that have been personalised for you, unless faulty, are not eligible for a refund or exchange, this also applies in the event a player leaves the club or changes his squad number.

      Items that you are returning to us must be returned in a re-saleable condition, We would like this to mean that you have kept the original packaging and labels and that the product is unused.

      Please be aware that all returns postage costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend that you return items to us via a tracked postage service. NFFC will not accept responsibility for lost returns.
