Online Purchases – Delivery & Returns Information
FREE UK DELIVERY - Applies to all orders over £75 depending on the weight and volume of your order and your delivery address. We will select an appropriate carrier for delivery to despatch your order for free. Please note that Northern Ireland is excluded - the delivery cost will be confirmed before the payment process is complete.
*We do not offer guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and other Public Holidays.
If your order is under £75, Delivery costs £5.95 on a 2-4 day service.
- Delivery is fully tracked and delivery notifications via SMS and email are provided by the carrier.
- A signature may be required on receipt.
- If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card.
- Dependant on the carrier, you might be presented with additional delivery features including specified delivery window slots and follow my parcel GPS tracking, so you'll know exactly when to expect your delivery.
- Dependant on the carrier, you might be presented with delivery options during delivery including changing your delivery date, requesting leave with neighbour, requesting leave safe, requesting collect from store, and upgrading delivery (upgrading prices incur an additional fee which vary dependant on the upgraded service)
Standard Delivery International - (3 - 10 days) - A more economical international service, but with a longer transit time. Standard Delivery International takes 3 - 10 working days transit time from when the order leaves our warehouse and does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Available worldwide, with certain restrictions. For Standard Delivery International to be offered, your order must be below a certain weight and volume. If you are not offered Standard Delivery International then your products have exceeded the weight, volume or order value limits and you will therefore be offered appropriate alternatives.
Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Cost dependent on the weight and volume of your order.
Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready:
Despatching of Orders - Although we try to process and despatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
- Pre-Orders - Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in the period specified on the website.
- Credit Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.
- Shirt Printing - Shirts requiring personalisation for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra three days before they are ready to be despatched.
- Non-Shippable Addresses - For contractual reasons we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world. If your country is not listed when you are entering a delivery or billing address, then we will not be able to accept your order to deliver at that address.
- International Shipping - Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
- PO Boxes - Please note that we do not ship to PO Box Addresses or freight forwarding addresses.
- Undelivered Items – we aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us.
Items can returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange of equivalent value. Provided the item is still in its original condition and accompanied by an itemised receipt, in the absence of proof of purchase we can only offer an exchange to the items current sale price. Personalised items, including football shirts, are exempt from our refund policy, as is jewellery and underwear.
If you have an account registered at shop.nottinghamforest.co.uk, you can place a return request in your account section, to do this:
- Go into your account and select My Orders
- Select View Order on the order that you wish to return
- Select Return
- Add items to return and fill in the required fields
- Please provide further details to the comment box, for exchanges please add the required item/size
You can track the status of your request in the My Returns section of your account.
After the status has been updated to authorised, you will need to send the item(s) back to us, you will need to do this via recorded delivery, as track & trace is available.
Unwanted Items which are purchased from us (shop.nottinghamforest.co.uk), can be returned within 14 days of purchase. To receive either a refund or exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, contact number and request, call our Customer Service line on 0115 982 4460 or use the online return form.
After you have contacted us via email or called our Customer Service team, the item must then be returned to us in its original packaging, with all documentation and in a saleable condition (you will need to pay for return postage which is non-refundable)
